Thank you for your purchase! We strive to deliver high-quality digital information products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- If you are unsatisfied with your digital product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a return or refund:
Simply email us at support@pyfi.com with your order details.
There is no need to mail anything or provide a postmarked return; as digital products, no physical return is required.
Process
- Send an email to support@pyfi.com within 30 days of your purchase, including your order number and reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
- Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- If you experience technical issues or defects with a digital product, please contact us at support@pyfi.com so we can help resolve the problem or provide a replacement.
