Thank you for your purchase! We strive to deliver high-quality digital information products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied with your digital product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • To request a return or refund:
    Simply email us at support@pyfi.com with your order details.
    There is no need to mail anything or provide a postmarked return; as digital products, no physical return is required.

Process

  1. Send an email to support@pyfi.com within 30 days of your purchase, including your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • If you experience technical issues or defects with a digital product, please contact us at support@pyfi.com so we can help resolve the problem or provide a replacement.
